The KINSHOFER orange peel grabs are the result of many years of experience, research, development and testing in collaboration with our subsidiaries and clients.  The P-series orange peel grabs are available with three, four or five tines, depending on type and version, and in four different tine profiles for a perfect fit to your task.

The KINSHOFER DXS mobile shear series with 360° rotation has been engineered to achieve an optimal power to weight ratio. Kinshofer Multi-Quick Processors for Excavators

The MQP Multi-Quick Processor is THE flexible solution for your demolition site. Thanks to the integrated DemaLink jaw exchange system, the jaws can be changed within less than 10 minutes and the application thus switched without any problem. The processor is thus suitable for primary and secondary demolition. Concrete can be crushed and steel reinforcements and structures cut.

Kinshofer Mobile Rail Cutters for Excavators

The mobile KINSHOFER rail cutter is a special development for the controlled demolition of rail systems and for the scrap preparation of railway lines.  All current Vignol rails (flat bottom rails) with a standard quality up to 900 N/mm² and a profile size “S7” to “UIC 60” can be cut. Vignol rails in special qualities exceeding 900 N/mm² or with head hardening are excluded.  The patented DemaPower cylinder provides up to 20% more power. Large heavy duty bearings result in a reduced bushing wear. The housing is made of extremely resistant special steel and the cutter also features a heavy duty 360° rotation for a precise positioning of the shear

Kinshofer Hedge Trimmer Attachment for Excavators

The light hedge trimmer T150 from the Kinshofer-daughter Auger Torque for excavators up to 8t / 17600 lbs is ideal for the trimming of hedges and bushes. The robust and durable construction is equipped with high quality blades. High performance at low maintenance – can be equipped with a 1 m extension as an option. The KTC08 Tree Shear is ideal for cutting trees or shortening bushes and are ideal for excavators with up to 8t / 17600 lbs operating weight. The optional gripper has been designed to cut more material with one cut in light wood by bundling e.g. thin bushes.

Demolition and Sorting Grabs

The demolition and sorting grabs for excavators with up to 9t operating weight feature further improved shell kinematics and design. Up to 6t, the grabs are equipped with the new, flat 10t rotator: low height meets sturdiness and strength – indispensable for the versatile operation in demolition and sorting.

Selector Grabs for Excavators

The robust KINSHOFER selector Grabs are the ideal tools for demolition tasks and the sorting of all kinds of building materials. The grabs are available with shells featuring a perforated skin that lets fine dust and gravel through without larger pieces getting caught. The durable cutting edges can retain different materials using the edge tips. A long service life is ensured due to the use of 500 HB steel in the manufacture of the replaceable cutting edges.

Heavy Duty Selector Grabs for Excavators

The KINSHOFER heavy duty selector grabs are a proven concept that can be applied widely for demolition, recycling and other applications. The grabs are characterized by their extremely powerful closing strength and the robust construction of the yoke thanks to a Delta-box frame with wide pivotal points using bearings and over-dimensioned pins and bearings.

Rotating Shears for Excavators

The rotating shear jaws are designed for each application area within the demolition job site: there are combi-crushers (C), demolition crushers (D) and pulverizers (P). The twin rotation motors provide an extra rotation power for the rotation that is equipped with an additional oil passage. The swing bearing is double pivoted. The shear also features rotation circuit filters and exchangeable teeth, shrouds and cutting blades. The powerful cylinder has a robust pin suspension and features a two chamber technique with speed valve.

Static Pulverisers for Excavator

Designed for secondary demolition, the KINSHOFER static pulverisers are available in three different sizes and two versions each: standard or Extreme version (up to 65t / 143000 lbs only Extreme version available). All can break up reinforced concrete structures and separate steel.

Concrete Crusher for Excavators

The KINSHOFER concrete crushers of the DRC-series for excavators with up to 15t / 33000 lbs operating weight are extremely productive and strong.
Able to crush concrete and cut through steel reinforcements, the DRC crushers can be used for both, primary and secondary demolition and are most appropriate for interior demolition jobs. They crush concrete of up to 600 Mm / 23.62 in thickness and cut steel reinforcements of up to 28 mm / 1.10 in diameter.

Drum Cutters for Excavators

The drum cutters with robust spur gearing are driven by high torque motors. In addition, they are equipped with a gear reduction to increase the cutting force. The optimal selection of drum and chisel guarantees high performance for loosening of material and reduces wear.

Hydraulic Breakers for Excavators

The KSB breaker series, for excavators from 0.5-12t, benefits from a distinctive ‘mono bloc’ design, manufactured in a single piece and without any tie rods – a feature that makes the structure extremely durable and resistant to leverage during operation. The new KSB-series has a has a wide calibration range of the required oil flow for an easier setup. The tapered shape also ensures excellent visibility during operation, allowing the operator to work close to walls and other structures.

The KFX breaker series, for excavators from 8-200t, has two adjusting valves as standard. First, a control valve on the cylinder of the hammer allows the operator to adjust the number of blows generated. A second valve allows the adjustment of the working pressure from 160 to 200 bar. Working in tunnels, and even underwater, is also possible by adding air tubes. The KFX breaker-series is available with a range of five different tools, suitable for penetrating a variety of surface structure.
