NED, LLC,is a large heavy equipment dealership with over 30 years of industry experience in equipment sales, rentals, and customer support. Through mergers and acquisitions, NED, LLC has grown through multiple acquisitions of independent heavy equipment dealerships, including Four Seasons Equipment, MAY-RHI, Earthmovers Construction Equipment, Richardson Service 1991, Inc., Grove River Machinery, and L & N Supply Company Inc. Today the company is re-branded under one unified name, NED – National Equipment Dealers.

National Equipment Dealers [NED] spans five states and has fifteen servicing locations. We are proud to employ some of the hardest-working service and parts people in the business.
Keeping heavy equipment running at peak performance is no easy task, but our team truly puts the customer first, with quick response times and efficient solutions.
Collectively, the NED companies have over 100 work bays, more than 150 shop techs & field & lube techs, and dozens of parts personnel that work diligently every day to support over 1,000 NED rental machines, and hundreds of customer machines.
