Vaughan Phillips got his start at National Equipment Dealers with our Texas-based legacy company, Four Seasons Equipment in 2001. Vaughan was one of the original six mechanics that worked for the Nevins family and Four Seasons Equipment from the beginning. Originally from South Africa, Vaughan got his start as a mechanic working for Bell Equipment, the manufacturer of Bell articulated dump trucks. Over the years, Vaughan has grown with the company from a heavy equipment mechanic to his current position of General Service Manager at the Houston branch.
“I love my job,” Vaughan told us. “Every day is a new challenge. I enjoy dealing with our customers on a daily basis. It’s always interesting to hear about a customer’s equipment issue, and when you address their problems and take care of them, to see how grateful they are that we went that extra step.”
