Meet Stephen Rogers, the service manager at our Columbia South Carolina branch. Stephen started with our company nine years ago. He began as an entry level tech on the wash rack. He learned to become a diesel mechanic in the National Guard and continues to serve in the Guard. Stephen has grown from a wash tech to a shop tech, and later ran a service truck for a couple years. Today he is the shop foreman and would like to grow with the company to a service manager position one day.
“What I really like about this job is that it’s something different every day. It’s not repetitive,” Stephen explained. As far as working for NED and MAY-RHI, Stephen told us, “It’s a very family-oriented company. There is structure, but they take care of you. And we do the same thing for our customers.”
