Martin Ackerman, Shop Service Manager at our Houston Texas Branch has been working for our NED legacy company, Four Seasons Equipment, for over 20 years. He started with the company as a field mechanic and later grew into the current position as the shop service manager. Martin is originally from South Africa and prior to joining our company, he worked several years for Bell Equipment, the maker of Bell Articulated Dump Trucks.
“The NED difference versus other heavy equipment dealerships is our commitment to being on-site within 24 hours from the time a customer reports their machine down service request. Many of our competitors can’t make that commitment,” Martin explained.
“The service that we provide as a team is what sells the second, third and tenth machine to the same customer,” said Martin.
