Meet Jason Braun, Parts Manager at our newest branch in Tampa, Florida. Jason started with Earthmovers Construction Equipment about 11 months ago. Jason is a Navy veteran who joined the service at 17, as a US Navy Yeoman. He was also an airman and spent a year out at sea on the now de-commissioned U.S.S. Saratoga aircraft carrier. After his service to our country, Jason worked 13 years for a major heavy equipment dealership and held many roles within the company. Jason has a well-rounded background and held positions as a parts counter sales rep, rental coordinator, and a service manager for the lift truck division.
We asked Jason what he enjoys most about his job as Parts Manager at Earthmovers in Tampa. “I have never been a part of something like this, that started from ground zero. It has been great to watch it grow and be a part of that growth. It’s like taking care of a plant, watering it, and watching it get bigger,” Jason explained. “New people are joining the team and they all have the same positive mindset.”
According to Jason, his philosophy, commitment to customers, and keys to success are simple. “It’s all about customer service and going the extra mile. Over communicating and being respectful. Most importantly, you have to be true to what you say, be honest and transparent. That is what keeps customers coming back to us.” Jason explained.
When Jason is not at work, providing parts solutions to his customers, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his beautiful wife of 25 years, Christina, and their two children.
