Meet Don Baumgardner, GM based in Florida. Don came on board with us one year ago as East Coast Sales Manager.
Prior to joining our team, Don spent 29 years working in the heavy equipment business, for a few major equipment distributors in Indiana and in Florida. He held sales and management roles, and led his teams with his signature communication and leadership style.
We asked Don what his secret to success was over the years. “People and communication. It’s all about building genuine and deeper relationships with employees and with customers,” explained Don. So far Don is focused on just that, and since his on-boarding, the company has grown to add a third branch in Tampa, Florida and many new service, parts and sales staff. Don has been instrumental in recruiting sales and administration staff, to improve our sales reach, response time and support to our customers.
