Meet Bob Hadden, PSSR (Parts & Service Sales Rep) at our Columbia, South Carolina branch. Bob started out five years ago with MAY-RHI as a shop foreman for the company. Bob has a strong service background from working 38 years as a foreman for a large private contractor, and as an equipment manager for a rental company.
As a PSSR, Bob brings in new service and parts business to the company. With his many years of experience, he’s a kind of a jack of all trades. He visits customers to provide service repair estimates. He assists customers with attachment solutions, that fit their specific needs. He also assists the sales and service departments with machine demos, setup and deliveries.
Bob told us, “I like dealing with the customers and I like the travel. Coming from the contractor’s side, I understand what these guys are dealing with. It’s satisfying when someone has got a problem and you can help them with the right solution.”
When he is not working Bob is a self-proclaimed outdoorsman. He enjoys a good adventure, like mountain biking, kayaking and hiking.
